We as Reifenwerk Heidenau are a German traditional company producing diagonal tires for mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, vintage vehicles, motorsports, and more for over 70 years. In our tire manufacturing over 550 different tire models are crafted by approximately 200 skilled craftsmen.

- Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of existing business processes
- Development of customized software solutions for process automation, including the creation and maintenance of databases, automation scripts, and interfaces
- Development of small applications, ideally including mobile apps (Android)
- Preparation of technical documentation, particularly requirement and specification documents
- Communication and coordination with external IT service providers
- Support in the implementation and integration of new digital tools
- Close collaboration with internal departments to identify and implement digital requirements
- Training and support of users in new systems and tools

- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification — alternatively, relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of the following areas: Python, VBA, SQL, and ideally Java/Kotlin (Android)
- Experience with Office automation (e.g. Excel/Outlook) and low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage
- Proficient in working with databases, APIs, and system integration
- Knowledge of IT security and data protection regulations
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and independent working style
