In principle, we do not collect or process any personal data unless you provide us with the data voluntarily, or if contact with you or justified pre-contractual or contractual measures require the processing of personal data. See Article 6 para. 1 lit. (a), (b) GDPR. The data is stored in a CRM system for this purpose, unless storage is not necessary due to your request.
For the prevention of misuse, we or data processors occasionally process connection data, such as your IP address, see Article 6 para. 1 lit. (f). Log files with connection data are deleted after a few days.
Cookies
To make our ordering system more user-friendly for you, "cookies" are occasionally used. These small text files are stored on your computer and deleted when you close your browser.
As a rule, we only use session cookies.
Orders
You must register before you can order via our ordering system.
You will receive your access data after verification by the departments responsible for contract fulfilment. You can find more information in the Registration section.
Registration
In order for you to use our ordering system and for us to be able to clearly identify you, we need various data from you. In addition to the contact details of the contact person in your company, this also includes the complete billing address and the business registration. You can upload the business registration directly as a PDF file via the registration form. The transmission of all data is encrypted and the number of recipients is restricted.
Data processors or third parties
In order for us to fulfil our contractual obligations, it is necessary in some circumstances for us to pass on personal data to logistics companies or payment service providers to the extent necessary.

You can revoke your consent to data processing. Article 7 GDPR, in particular paragraphs 3 and 4, is binding for the revocation of consent.
Based on Articles 15 –18 of the GDPR, you have the right to

In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
