We as Reifenwerk Heidenau are a German traditional company producing diagonal tires for mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, vintage vehicles, motorsports, and more for over 70 years. In our tire manufacturing over 550 different tire models are crafted by approximately 200 skilled craftsmen.

- Development and design of machines, systems, and mechanical components
- Coordination and alignment of development and project implementation for machines in plant engineering
- Design and procurement of spare parts and retrofits
- Monitoring of manufacturing quality during the construction of machines, systems, and fixtures in collaboration with the end user
- Strength, motion, and basic FEM analyses as required
- Support during assembly, commissioning, and test runs
- Preparation, management, and maintenance of product and test documentation

- Completed technical degree, e.g. in mechanical or plant engineering, or further training as a state-certified technician specializing in design
- Experience in the design of machines and systems
- Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD systems (SolidWorks) and common MS Office applications
- Fluent German language skills
- Team spirit as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Strong organizational skills, quality awareness, and sense of responsibility
