We as Reifenwerk Heidenau are a German traditional company producing diagonal tires for mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, vintage vehicles, motorsports, and more for over 70 years. In our tire manufacturing over 550 different tire models are crafted by approximately 200 skilled craftsmen.
Currently, we urgently seek new team members for the production department to support our team immediately:

Your trained eye and technical understanding are crucial to the success of the entire production process. - Prompt inspection and marking of vulcanized tires during production
- Influencing the ongoing vulcanization process when defects occur
- Independently deciding on the quality of the product and, if necessary, rejecting defective products
- Professional cutting of sprouts
- Setting up and cleaning the necessary machines and tools
- Storing tires according to dimensions and processing requirements
- Operation and conversion of task-relevant production machines
- Implementation and documentation of quality controls based on the quality management system

- Appropriate, specialist professional experience
- Basics of operation & maintenance of systems
- Prudent, careful and quality-oriented way of working
- High degree of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Willingness to work in shifts
