We as Reifenwerk Heidenau are a German traditional company producing diagonal tires for mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, vintage vehicles, motorsports, and more for over 70 years. In our tire manufacturing over 550 different tire models are crafted by approximately 200 skilled craftsmen.

- Management, cooperation & optimal design of extrusion and cord laying to achieve consistently high product quality and high production profitability
- Personnel function in terms of personnel allocation & employee management
- Implementation and documentation of quality controls on the basis of the quality management system
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness and functionality of work equipment
- Support with material provision and supply
- Project-related support for other areas

- Basic knowledge of the processing of rubber, elastomers and rheology
- Basics of maintenance & servicing of systems
- Prudent, careful and quality-oriented way of working
- High level of responsibility, reliability, leadership and teamwork skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Willingness to work in shifts
